Alaska Polar Ice Concessions History:
We are located in Eagle River, Alaska a few
short miles away from Anchorage. We sell
Yummy Fluffy Cotton Candy, Deep Fried
Cheese Curds, Hand Dipped Onion Rings,
Poppers, and Onion Blossoms around town
at all the local events. We pre-pack Cotton
Candy for Birthday Parties, Company's, and
for Promotional events. We also have a
variety of party supplies for all your party
needs!
Here With our vision, we expanded and formed what was called Lil' Andy's
Cotton Candy's. We started Lil' Andy's in the summer of 2000 when my one,
and only son was born. So in search for some extra income for our new
member of our family. We set out to open a business that we could stay at
home with our newborn and see him grow.
So we saw an ad in the local paper (Anchorage Daily News), got all the
information and payed our fees to get into the event. Little did we know that it
would be such a success!! We expanded to other events over the summer.
Soon Lil' Andy's went from part-time to full-time job in a matter of what seemed
to be like night and day. We did the Tuesday Market, Wednesday Market,
Saturday Market, and any other markets we could schedule into our time with
our son. We also worked with Friends of Pets to team up on events such as
The Dog Jog, and the Customer Appreciation Day down at Alaska Mill Feed
& Garden. We even supplied local Little Leagues snack shacks around town
as well the Anchorage School District in 2001-2002 and to the present day.

During the inter of 2001 we took a
break to regroup and we came
back to expand our name to what
we call it today, Alaska Polar Ice
Concessions!!

Not only do we make Fluffy Cotton Candy but we are expanding even more to
provide more concessions to the markets and events in the summer of 2005!
We are very excited about this summer of events for our company. We will be
at the Wednesday Market, Saturday and Sunday Markets downtown in
Anchorage. The Bear Paw Festival in the heart of Eagle River. Juneteenth at
the parkstrip in Anchorage, and at the Air Show our at Elemendorf A.F.B. with
our local Boy Scouts of Chugiak 291. Also we will be at Northstar Speedway
this summer in Wasilla.
We are currently working on more events for the future!! If there are other
